If your item doesn't fit well, you may exchange it for the same product in a different size if the following qualification criteria are met:
- It was received within the past 7 days as indicated by the tracking information
- It is unworn and unwashed, still in perfect condition and still with the original packaging and tags
- The new size you'd like to exchange it with is currently in stock
If your item qualifies for an exchange, you won't be charged a return fee or restocking fee. However, you'll have to pay for shipping back to our warehouse using registered mail and you'll have to provide us with the tracking number.
Exclusions to Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges in the following circumstances:
- For items purchased on clearance, sale or discount (unless faulty)
- If you have simply changed your mind
- For replacement products
Returns for Refunds
Returns for refunds are not permitted in any circumstance. Only exchanges as described above are permitted.
